Kunal is a co-founder of Technomine Travel Solutions. He gathered 14+ years of grassroots experience in the staffing and recruitment industry before venturing out with TTS. Kunal is a savvy entrepreneur with a degree in Business Management from Middlesex University, London. His success as a management professional was foundational to the conceptualization, development and maturing of TTS as a trusted outsourcing partner to the major UK and international clients. In addition to being a great mentor and a key factor in developing people across the business, he is also a leader. He is an astute visionary who has both the work experience and business savvy to spot a solid business idea and develop it with his exceptional team right from conception to delivery.

Viral Naik

CFO | Director Business Development

Viral is a co-founder of Technomine Travel Solutions. He has the technical knowledge to help run back-end departments of TTS. Viral is an experienced leader with a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from a top Indian University and over eight years of experience in financial planning and consulting. In his free time, Viral would go on a solo backpacking trip to be with nature and rejuvenate. Viral’s detail-oriented approach has been instrumental in positioning TTS as a global player in the travel industry. Viral is a technical and financial powerhouse with a detailed eye towards day-to-day requirements of running a globally recognized firm like Technomine Travel Solutions. Viral also looks after business development, compliance and resource planning for continuous growth.

Chris Oakes

Global Sales Director

Chris, Partner and Global Sales Director at TTS, brings over 36 years of experience in the leisure and corporate travel sectors, with a strong focus on outsourcing for major travel organizations. His passion for the industry was ignited during a decade spent working abroad in destinations such as Greece, Spain, Austria, Italy, and Africa, before returning to the UK to broaden his impact. Known for his expertise in global business management and strategic development, Chris excels in sales and key account management. He has held senior roles with leading UK brands like ILG, Airtours, and Holidaytaxis, and has collaborated closely with pioneering entrepreneurs and family-owned companies such as Cosmos, Hays Travel, and Faremine. Committed to quality management and exceptional service, Chris always prioritizes client needs and satisfaction. Based between Manchester, London, and India, Chris travels extensively to foster relationships with clients worldwide. A true travel enthusiast, he’s happiest when on a plane or train, ready to explore. Chris also takes advantage of his travels to pursue his passions for walking, cycling, and the great outdoors whenever the opportunity arises.

Ushma Naik

Creative Design Head

Ushma is a brand strategist with 14 years of experience in brand management, advertising, design, content strategy, healthcare, education & e-learning enterprise. She is responsible for leading projects that help clients with Brand Identity & Positioning, Visual Design & Creative Communications, Paid & Organic SEO, SEM & SMM, Drip Campaigns & Sales Funnels, Targeting & Revenue Generation, Competitor Analysis, Pitching & On-Boarding Investors, Brand Recognition & Engagement, Integrated Marketing, Product Launches, User Experience Optimization & Web Development among other functions. Ushma specializes in building teams that use a rapid, iterative approach to solve branding problems as well as to penetrate & capture dynamic markets. Her kitchen garden replenishes her - as does learning about indigenous food culture around the world.
