These Terms and Conditions constitute your binding obligations with Technomine Travel Solution (“Technomine”). This document is created in accordance with the provisions of UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access.
The www.technominetravelsolutions.com Website, is owned and operated by Technomine Travel Solutions in its sole discretion may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any third party, as it may deem fit, and you shall continue to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in the event of such assignment, transfer, or subcontracting.
Technomine Travel Solutions reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & conditions, at any time without any prior written notice to You. You shall ensure to review these Terms of conditions periodically for updates/changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms & conditions.
Any accessing or browsing of the Platform and using the Services (as defined in these Terms and Conditions) indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, then you may discontinue access or use of the Platform.
1. Definitions
a. www.technominetravelsolutions.com is defined as a Website/Web Portal, Application or service under Technomine’s control, whether partial or otherwise (including, without limitation, the corporate website, client portals, and any associated applications from which these terms of use were accessed) and includes the Technomine Services. The terms “Technomine”, “We”, “Us”, “Ours” shall mean Technomine Travel Solutions and its affiliates (“Platform”).
b. Services are defined as the services offered by Technomine Travel Solution on their Platform.
c. Technomine Travel Solutions are defined as the services offered by Technomine including out‑of‑hours customer support for travel agencies and tour operators; multilingual sales agents for handling quotes, bookings, and enquiries; technical help desk support for travel systems and platforms; credit control and accounts receivable management; administration of bookings and aftersales support; and web and software solutions tailored to the travel industry. The scope of Technomine Travel Solutions Services shall also include any other outsourcing or support service that is made available on the Platform from time to time (“Technomine Travel Solutions”).
2. Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs Your visit/usage of the Platform and to understand our practice. The personal information/data provided by You during the course of usage of the Platform will be treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations. Technomine shall be entitled to use the Content, anonymously, or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional, analytical, and advertising purposes through any other platform. If You object to Your information being transferred or used, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER.
3. Statement of Services
The Platform is a web portal and associated applications that facilitate outsourcing and support services for the travel industry, including out-of-hours customer support, multilingual sales agents for quotes and bookings, technical help desk support, administration of bookings and aftersales support. Technomine Travel Solutions provides access to specialized teams and resources that support business growth, operational continuity, and cost-effective solutions. In order to deliver an optimal outsourcing experience, Technomine focuses on building long-term partnerships, maintaining robust infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The Platform is designed to serve as an extension of the Client’s business, offering flexibility, reliability, and professional expertise across diverse travel service domains.
4. Eligibility
Upon registering and using the Platform, you represent that you meet the following eligibility criteria:
a. You are at least 18 years old or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian, who in such a case will be deemed as the recipient / end-user of the Technomine for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
b. If your age is below that of 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users. You are prohibited from accessing the Platform or obtaining services without supervision of an adult.
c. You are legally competent to contract, and otherwise competent to receive the Technomine Travel Services. Persons who are deemed legally incompetent to contract under applicable laws in their jurisdiction, including but not limited to minors without parental or guardian consent, individuals declared bankrupt or insolvent, or those otherwise restricted by law, are not permitted to use or access the Platform. Our services are intended for users in the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Canada, and other international territories where we operate.
d. You have not been previously suspended or removed by Technomine Travel Solutions or any other group entity or disqualified for any other reason, from availing the Services.
e. Technomine reserves the right to terminate your access and/or refuse to provide you with access to the Platform if Technomine discovers that you are under the age of 18 years and transacting without any supervision.
5. Technomine Travel Solution Services
Technomine, through its Platform, provides the following services:
a. Travel Outsourcing Services
- Technomine Travel Solutions provides specialized outsourcing support tailored for the travel industry, enabling agencies and tour operators to streamline operations and enhance customer service delivery.
- The Platform integrates business process outsourcing with travel-specific solutions, covering customer support, sales, technical assistance, credit control, and administrative functions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and continuity of service
b. Out- of Hours Customer Support:
- Clients may engage Technomine to provide extended customer service coverage beyond regular business hours, ensuring continuity of support for travel agencies and tour operators.
- The Platform enables seamless handling of enquiries, bookings, and urgent travel requests during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
c. Multilingual Sales Agents:
- Clients may avail services of trained multilingual agents to manage quotes, bookings, and customer enquiries across diverse markets.
- The Platform facilitates efficient communication with international customers, enhancing global reach and service quality.
d. Technical Help Desk Support
- The Platform provides technical assistance for travel system, booking platforms, and software solutions.
- Clients may rely on Technomine’s help desk to troubleshoot issues, maintain operational continuity, and ensure smooth system performance.
e. Administration of Bookings and Aftersales Support
- Clients may outsource booking administration, amendments, cancellations and aftersales services to Technomine.
- The Platform supports process-driven handling of customer requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
f. Any other service that is made available on the Platform from time to time subject to the scope of services specified hereinunder.
6. Your Use of the Platform
As an end user of the Platform and recipient of the services, you agree to the following conditions of use:
a. Due Diligence:
- You are solely responsible for the business, professional, and organizational information you provide on the Platform, and you are requested to use your discretion in providing such information.
- The services provided on the Platform shall depend on the information provided by you on the Platform. You will provide accurate and complete information everywhere on the Platform, based on which you will receive the Services.
- You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you.
- The information provided by you may be used by us, anonymously, for the purpose of Services including analysis, research, and disclosure (where required) to our affiliates, group companies, agents, and government authorities, etc.
b. Website Use:
The Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in particular:
- Not to misuse the website
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to the Platform
- Not to introduce malicious software, code or harmful content;
- Not to use the site for unlawful purpose;
- Not to reproduce website content without prior permission.
c. No Liability:
- The Services availed by you via the Platform can be termed as an extension of outsourcing and travel support solutions provided by Technomine Travel Solutions. The Platform only facilitates access to skilled resources and operational support and bears no responsibility for the independent decisions or outcomes of your business operations.
- You may view and access the services available on the Platform solely for the purposes of availing the Services in its intended manner, and only as per these Terms and Conditions. You shall not modify any content on the Platform or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use such content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.
7. Payments and Refunds
Acceptance of this terms and conditions will be deemed to be a sufficient notice to you or to anyone who agree to use the aforesaid Platform. For any payment and refund, it shall be the responsibility of the User to enter correct banking information. Technomine does not play any role with regards to entering banking information.
a. Payments:
- You may use any payment service, like internet banking or debit or credit cards for making payments for loading/recharging the Wallet on the Platform. You shall be directed to our third-party payment gateway partners such as PayU, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay or any other payment platform used by Technomine, once you proceed to use to pay for availing the services. Once re-directed to the Payment Gateway, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy prescribed by the third-party payment gateway, basis which, the transaction shall take place. We will share your details with the Payment Gateway and the same shall be processed in accordance with the respective Payment Gateway’s privacy policy as may be made available to you by such Payment Gateway. For removal of doubts, it is clarified that, we neither directly nor indirectly charge any amount for Tokenisation services. Any update in pricing of the Services over the Platform shall not be deemed to be construed any charge for tokenisation services.
- Technomine shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever, if incorrect or inaccurate details (including those concerning credit or debit card(s)) are provided by you or if you use a credit or debit card which is not lawfully owned by you or if you permit a third party to use your password or any other means of accessing your bank account or credit card or debit card. Please note that neither we nor the Payment Gateway will be monitoring your use of any payment channel and you are required to use the payment modes at your sole option and risks.
- The Payment Gateway may block any card number, account numbers, group of cards or transactions from any specific blocked or blacklisted customer cards, accounts, group of IP addresses, devices, geographic locations as deemed fit.
- The Payment Gateway and banks reserve their right to reject payments with respect for any transaction including for suspicious and unlawful transactions, potential or actual fraud, suspicious activities, card authentication and authorization issues, over payment made due to mathematical errors or any other issue.
b. Refunds:
The Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, in particular:
- Refunds for all eligible cancellations are issued through the payment method used at the time of payment.
- You will not receive cash refunds in connection with a card sale. The refund amount, subject to Technomine Cancellation Fees and Payment gateway Fees, shall be reflected on the Platform.
- Refunds shall not be processed to third-party accounts. The user initiating refund shall get the refund amount added back in the Account used for availing the services.
- Refunds will only be made against genuine and trackable cancellation requests generated by you by clicking on the cancellation button provided on the Platform. In any situation where Technomine is not at fault, Technomine shall not be held liable for such deficiency of service and no refund shall be provided in such events.
c. Refund Timeline:
- The refund initiated by the user shall be processed in 15 working days subject to Payment gateway/bank’s timelines. All communications with regards to refund should be sent to us by email.
- Any and all refunds, if approved by the Payment Gateway/Bank, shall reflect in your bank account/card used to complete the transaction. It shall be your duty to ensure the refund and contact Payment Gateway/Bank in case of any discrepancy.
- Any money refunded shall be your and your banking partner’s responsibility. Technomine shall not be held liable for any failure of transaction, non-reflection of amount, any other error etc. related to the said transaction.
- Technomine shall not be held liable for any refunds, if not approved by the Payment gateway and/or Bank. It shall be the sole responsibility of the user to approach appropriate authority regarding any discrepancy in transaction/reflection of amount.
8. Prohibited Content
The user shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise to the Platform, the following Prohibited Content, which includes any content, information, or other material that:
a. Belongs to another person and which you do not own the rights;
b. Is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, insulting, or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially, or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
c. Is hateful, racially, or ethnically objectionable, disparaging of any person;
d. Relates to or seems to encourage money laundering or gambling;
e. Harm minors in any way;
f. Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
g. Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of your message and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
h. Communicate any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
i. Impersonate another person;
j. Contains software viruses and malicious programs;
k. Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of United Kingdom and other countries in which Technomine is offering its services, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order;
l. Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;
m. Incites any offence or prevents investigation of any offence or insults any other nation; and
n. Is not relating to the services you avail form us.
You also understand and acknowledge that if you fail to adhere to the above, we have the right to remove such information and / or immediately terminate your access to the Services and / or to the Platform.
9. Limited Liability
By enrolling with Technomine Travel Solutions and its Platform, you understand and agree to the following:
a. The Services availed by you via the Platform are provided on the basis of the knowledge, skill, and expertise of Technomine’s personnel. The limitation of liability specified in this section also applies to any service availed by you where it may not be possible for our personnel to verify or validate information provided by you or third parties.
b. The Platform facilitates outsourcing and travel support solutions including out-of-hours customer service, multilingual sales agents, technical help desk support, administration of bookings and aftersales support, and web and software solutions tailored to travel agencies and tour operators. Technomine Travel Solutions bears no responsibility for the independent business decisions, quality, or outcomes of any such Services availed by you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
c. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Technomine or its affiliates or any group companies will not be liable to you for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to:
- These terms and conditions and privacy policy; and
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses
- We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site
- We do not guarantee that the website will be free from bugs or viruses
- Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence were prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified Technomine, its affiliates and any group companies and the concerned employee, agent, etc. (“Indemnified Persons”) for any losses, costs, charges, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees that the concerned Indemnified Persons may suffer on account of:
a. Deficiency or shortfall in Services / faulty judgment or perception error arising from:
- Your failure to provide correct and / or complete booking information / customer details on the Platform in timely and appropriate manner;
- Suppression of material facts or failure to provide relevant information necessary for the proper delivery of outsourcing services; or
- Misrepresentation of the advice / or resources provided through the Platform.
b. Incorrect or inaccurate credit / debit card details provided by you.
c. Using a credit / debit card which is not lawfully owned by you; or
d. Permitting a third party to use your password or other means to access your account.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, copyright, patent, and/or other proprietary rights and laws and service marks with respect to the services are owned by Technomine. The trade names, trademarks, and service marks owned by Technomine, whether registered or unregistered, may not be used in connection with any service that does not belong to Technomine, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion. Nothing contained on the Platform should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use Technomine’s trade names, trademarks, or service marks without the express prior written consent of Technomine. All website content, including logos, branding, text, graphics, layouts, documents, images, and service descriptions, remain the intellectual property of Technomine unless otherwise stated.
12. Confidentiality
The user shall not share any information of Technomine, or the services availed from Technomine from the Platform, without the prior written approval of Technomine. The user shall exercise reasonable care to protect the Confidential Information of Technomine and other users from unauthorized disclosure, which care will in no event be less than the user takes to protect its own Confidential Information of a like nature. The user may disclose Confidential Information only to its family members or related persons who need to know such information for purposes of these terms and conditions, and will inform such related parties, by way of Policy and terms & conditions, that they are bound by obligations of Confidentiality. Any confidential information shared through the website or during business discussions shall be handled appropriately, subject to separate contractual agreements where applicable. The user’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall be perpetual.
13. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold Technomine Travel Solutions, its officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, losses, cause of action, damage, Lawsuits including reasonable Attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of, or relating to the services availed under these terms & conditions. The user agrees to defend any and all claims, demands, and cause of action, lawsuits and / or judgments arising out of, or relating to the Services availed under these terms & conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise by Technomine in writing.
14. Relationship Between the Parties
The user is acting in its independent capacity; and nothing in these Terms & Conditions will be construed to create a Partnership, Joint Venture between the Parties. Each Party will be solely responsible for payment of all compensation owed to its employees, as well as employment related taxes.
15. Charges & Payments
The total price for availing the desired service under these Terms and Conditions shall be payable in full at the time of confirmation. Payments may be collected in multiple currencies, including Pound Sterling (GBP), Euro (EUR), United States Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), and Indian Rupee (INR), depending on the client’s location and the applicable payment gateway. Technomine will release the payment as per its policy through its payment platform. The user shall individually be liable for payment of its own applicable Taxes; filing of Returns and necessary payments, if any. The user neither will hold the other liable for payment of the applicable dues of the other.
16. Force Majure
Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, and which is unavoidable notwithstanding the reasonable care of the party affected, and shall include but not limited to war, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, sabotage, boycott, embargo, explosion, fire, earthquake, flood, unavoidable accident, epidemic, act of God, action or inaction of any governmental official or agency (civil or military) and refusal of any licences or permits, if properly applied for. If either Party is prevented from or delayed in performing any of its obligations under these terms’ conditions by an event of Force Majeure, then it shall notify the other in writing of the occurrence of such event and the circumstances thereof within Fifteen (15) days after the occurrence of such event. The Party who has given such notice shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of its obligations as per these terms & conditions for so long as the relevant event of Force Majeure continues and to the extent that such Party’s performance is prevented or delayed. The occurrence of any event of Force Majeure affecting either party shall not give rise to any claim for damages or additional costs and expenses suffered or incurred by reason of Force Majeure.
17. Jurisdiction
a. For UK and International Users: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable local laws.
b. For Users in Other Jurisdictions: These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory provisions of local law require otherwise. In such cases, Technomine Travel Solutions will comply with those mandatory provisions while maintaining the overall applicability of English law to the extent permitted.
18. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
Technomine reserves the right to make changes to the policies, and these terms & conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the website of Technomine Travel Solutions. The user registered on the Platform will be subject to the policies and terms & conditions in force at the time unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by Law or Government authority. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
19. Waiver
Neither party shall be deemed by mere lapse of time (without giving notice or taking other action hereunder) to have waived any breach by the other party of any of the provisions of these terms & conditions. Further, the waiver by either party of a particular breach of these terms & conditions by the other party shall not be construed as, or constitute, a continuing waiver of such breach, or of other breaches of the same or other provisions of this terms & conditions. If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where You breach these conditions.
20. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM CONTAIN CERTAIN TRADE-MARKS, LOGOS OR SERVICE MARKS (“MARKS”) WHICH ARE OWNED BY THE RESPECTIVE BRAND OWNERS/SUPPLIERS OR ITS APPLICABLE ASSIGNORS AND TECHNOMINE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS DOES NOT HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP OR CLAIM OVER THE SAID MARKS OR FOR THAT MATTER ANY OTHER FORM OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. ALL TEXT, DESIGN AND OTHER WORKS ON THE PLATFORM THAT ARE NOT OWNED BY THE BRAND OWNERS/SUPPLIERS OR ITS APPLICABLE ASSIGNORS ARE THE COPYRIGHTED WORKS OF TECHNOMINE OR ITS LICENSORS.
TECHNOMINE MAY DISPLAY THE CONTENTS/FEATURES OF THE SERVICES LISTED ON THE PLATFORM AS WELL AS TO USE THE TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS AND LOGOS (“MARKS”) OWNED BY THE RESPECTIVE BRAND OWNERS OR OTHER PARTIES ON THE PLATFORM, (SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW) FOR THE PURPOSE OF INFORMATION AND THE BRAND OWNER OR ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT CLAIM ANY ACTION FOR WRONGFUL USE AGAINST TECHNOMINE FOR THE SAID USE. TECHNOMINE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS OWNERSHIP OVER THE FEATURES OF THE SERVICES LISTED ON THE PLATFORM. THE OWNERSHIP OF EACH SUCH FEATURE/SERVICES AS WELL THE ASSOCIATED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BELONGS TO RESPECTIVE BRAND OWNER ONLY.
TECHNOMINE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS HAS DEVELOPED FOR ITSELF A UNIQUE PLATFORM RELATED TO THE PROVISION OF OUTSOURCING AND SUPPORT SERVICES ACROSS OUT‑OF‑HOURS CUSTOMER SUPPORT, MULTILINGUAL SALES AGENTS FOR QUOTES AND BOOKINGS, TECHNICAL HELP DESK SUPPORT, ADMINISTRATION OF BOOKINGS AND AFTERSALES SUPPORT, AND WEB AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS TAILORED TO TRAVEL AGENCIES AND TOUR OPERATORS. HOWEVER, IN CASE YOU ARE THE OWNER OF ANY FORM OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WHICH IS USED ON THE PLATFORM AND DO NOT WANT TECHNOMINE UK LTD TO CONTINUE USING THE SAID INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO INTIMATE TECHNOMINE UK LTD IN WRITING ALONG WITH NECESSARY DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE SUPPORTING YOUR CLAIM OF OWNERSHIP OVER THE SAID INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE CLAUSES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN GOOD FAITH AND SHALL PERFORM ITS RESPONSIBILITIES WITHOUT ANY MALA FIDE INTENTION.
THE USER SHALL ENSURE THAT IT OWNS THE TITLE, RIGHTS AND INTERESTS FOR THE SERVICES BEING OFFERED BY HIM/HER ON THE PLATFORM. TECHNOMINE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NON-PERFORMANCE AND/OR BREACH OF ANY CONTRACT AND/OR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES, GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES AND DIRECTIVES ON PART OF THE USER.
